I'm Milad Golfam — a senior software developer, CTO, and software architect with more than a decade of experience building scalable backend systems and leading engineering teams. I currently serve as Chief Technology Officer at IRSA (Safarmarket.com), one of Iran's largest online travel marketplaces.

Over the years I've designed and shipped high-availability platforms in Java, Golang, Node.js, Python, and .NET Core — architecting microservices that handle 11,000+ concurrent requests per second at sub-200ms response times. I care deeply about clean architecture, design patterns, performance, and building systems that stay reliable under heavy real-world load.

My work spans backend engineering, distributed systems, databases (SQL and NoSQL), Linux and cloud infrastructure, and applied AI / machine learning. Alongside writing code, I lead teams, mentor developers, and translate business goals into pragmatic technical roadmaps.
